• Can you apply sanding, grinding, and patching techniques to achieve a flawless finish?
• Will you pitch in with teammates to keep projects on schedule and moving smoothly?
• Are you disciplined about maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area?
• Do you quickly communicate any defects or issues to a supervisor for resolution?

What You’ll Do

• Inspect completed products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform finishing operations: sanding, grinding, and patching as needed.
• Coordinate with the team to support efficient throughput and on-time delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and keep your station organized.
• Escalate nonconformances or concerns promptly.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; extra technical coursework is a bonus.
• Prior finishing or similar experience preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with finishing tools and related equipment.
• Solid communication skills and a can-do attitude.
