What Youll Do

What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Consistent work history required
Must have diesel forklift experience
Past Mill experience required
Machine Operator experience preferred
A High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Strong adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills across different areas of production
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well under supervision
Reliability, good attendance, and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including switching between day and night shifts on a weekly basis
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in a busy manufacturing environment
