Day in the Life
Step onto our fast-paced production floor in Conroe, TX 77301, and help keep the build moving. You’ll arrive to a plan, stage materials, and make sure equipment is ready to run so the team can hit the day’s goals.
- Set up and assist with operating manufacturing equipment so lines start on time.
- Prepare and organize tools, components, and materials for the production crew.
- Keep workstations orderly and hazard-free to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm they meet internal quality standards.
- Track supplies, restock as needed, and help with inventory counts and records.
- Coordinate with coworkers to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow established safety procedures and protocols at all times.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in manufacturing or warehouse work is helpful.
- Comfort lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
