Production Floor Supervisor, Lean Manufacturing

We’re seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to steer night-shift operations and elevate safety, quality, and output. You’ll work Monday–Friday nights, with occasional weekend overtime when needed to meet demand.

• Resource Coordination: Assign staffing, balance workloads, and manage changeovers.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot flow disruptions and coordinate with maintenance.
• 5S & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

Schedule

Night shift, Monday–Friday; weekend overtime as needed.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Background

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during the shift.
• Comfort operating within a manufacturing environment around industrial equipment.
• Willingness to support overtime and weekend work as required.
