Production Floral Associate

Adecco is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Bouquet Assemblers to join a fast-paced floral production team in Vista, CA. In this role, you will assemble fresh flower bouquets according to customer specifications and quality standards for shipment to retail locations nationwide. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with flowers, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Assemble floral bouquets and arrangements according to production guides and customer orders. 

• Trim, sort, inspect, and prepare fresh flowers to ensure quality, freshness, and appearance standards. 

• Package completed bouquets for shipment, including applying labels, sleeves, and product tags. 

• Follow production schedules and daily output goals while maintaining product quality. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following floral handling and food-grade procedures. 

• Restock flowers, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed. 

• Work efficiently in a refrigerated environment and assist other departments during peak production periods. 

 

Requirements: 

• Previous production, assembly, warehouse, landscaping, agriculture, or floral experience is preferred but not required. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and following written and verbal instructions. 

• Strong teamwork, communication, dependability, and attendance skills. 

• Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift. 

• Ability to repeatedly use hands and arms for sorting, trimming, assembling bouquets, and other repetitive tasks. 

• Frequently lift, carry, and move up to 25-35 lbs. 

• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. 

• Comfortable working in cool, refrigerated environments around fresh floral products. 

 

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM 

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM 

• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
