Production Foreman — Metalworks and Welding

In Burleson, TX 76028, our 2nd Shift team relies on a Production Foreman who can orchestrate work while staying close to the craft. You’ll align people and processes, protect safety and quality, and step in to fit and weld when the schedule demands it. Your leadership turns plans into finished work—on time and to spec.

Your impact

• Lead and coordinate a fabrication crew to maintain an efficient, uninterrupted workflow.
• Serve as a hands-on hybrid leader capable of fitting and welding parts as needed.
• Set the tone for safety, quality, and productivity through example and accountability.
• Bridge communication across the crew, management, and clients to meet goals.
• Monitor progress, tackle issues quickly, and keep projects on track.
• Train, mentor, and inspire new and existing team members to improve continuously.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with work planning and scheduling to align resources with deadlines.
• Conduct frequent site and work checks to uphold quality standards.

What it takes to excel

• Demonstrated success as a foreman or similar shop-floor supervisor.
• Deep understanding of metal fabrication processes, safety, and quality control.
• Strong leadership presence and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail orientation and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; added certifications welcomed.
• Current driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Preferred: ability to fit/weld and pass the AWS D1.1 weld test.
