Monday - Friday - 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)

Production Support
Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30PM-12AM
Pay starting at: $16.75/hr + $1 shift differential

The Production Support role is responsible for performing a variety of production-related activities across all operational functional areas. This includes data entry, process and product exception management, in-process auditing, shipping and receiving inventory into WMS, and validating production and receiving tasks. The position ensures accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments and performs validation checks against shipping invoices or bills of lading. This role upholds company standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare products for receipt or shipment, both physically and systematically.
  • Match actual product to documentation; file records and record transactions in WMS.
  • Test and validate software functionality of repaired devices; reassemble as needed.
  • Document, inspect, and assess product performance or appearance for repair or restoration.
  • Perform production validations on operational processes.
  • Conduct research and resolve process or product exceptions.
  • Prepare and distribute routine production and activity reports.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding shipping and receiving data.
  • Work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of related data processing experience, ideally in a distribution center environment.
  • 2--4 years of experience in warehouse/clerical operations involving standard practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred.
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Strong team player.
