Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications
Read and follow production drawings and work instructions
Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment safely
Inspect materials and finished products for quality
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Manufacturing, construction, or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 105 lbs
Ability to bend, twist, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
