In-Person Position

Oh! Crema is growing, and we're looking for a reliable and hardworking Production & Fulfillment Associate to join our team.

\n

This is a hands-on role split between our production kitchen in South Amboy and our fulfillment warehouse in Saddle Brook.

\n

You'll typically spend 1–2 days per week assisting with production in South Amboy, with the remaining scheduled days focused on fulfilling and shipping Oh! Crema orders from Saddle Brook.

What You'll Do

Production - South Amboy, NJ

• Assist with preparing and assembling Oh! Crema products
• \n
• Fill, portion, label, and package dessert jars
• \n
• Follow recipes and production standards
• \n
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• \n
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• \n
• Assist with ingredients, packaging, and inventory
• \n

Fulfillment - Saddle Brook, NJ

\n

• \n
• Pick and pack online customer orders
• \n
• Prepare orders for shipping
• \n
• Print and apply shipping labels
• \n
• Restock products and packing materials
• \n
• Organize warehouse inventory
• \n
• Assist with receiving incoming products and supplies
• \n
• Maintain a clean and efficient fulfillment area
• \n

Driving and Transportation

\n

A valid driver's license is required for this position.

\n

Candidates must have reliable transportation to get to their scheduled work location.

\n

However, you will NOT be required to use your personal vehicle for company-related tasks.

\n

When driving is required during your shift—such as transporting products, supplies, or inventory between Oh! Crema facilities—a company van will be provided.

\n

No personal vehicle mileage is required for company business.

\n

Experience in food production, commercial kitchens, bakeries, warehouses, shipping, packing, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus, but not required.
