Food for Thought produces specialty foods such as preserves, salsas, sauces, and condiments in a clean food manufacturing environment. Our production team focuses on quality, food safety, and careful handling of ingredients.
We are looking for a Production General Helper who would like flexible, casual work supporting our production team when extra help is needed. This role is ideal for someone who does not want a full-time schedule but would enjoy picking up shifts from time to time to stay active and earn some additional income.
About the Role
This is an on-call production support position. When production schedules increase or additional help is needed, we reach out to our casual helpers to see who is available to work. There is no fixed schedule and no minimum hours required.
Because this is a casual role with flexible scheduling, limited benefits apply.

This role takes place in a clean, organized food production kitchen. Work involves standing for periods of time, light to moderate lifting, and working with food products.
