Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience / Skills Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment Minimum 1 year of experience with basic computer systems (e.g., email, Excel; Oracle is a plus) Experience using accessories such as handheld scanners and printers Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and meet quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Willingness to work overtime based on business needs Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling daily Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours) Strong teamwork and communication skillsPreferred Skills / Experience: Experience with injection/download and shipping of Point of Sale (POS) devices Basic (Level I) repair of POS devices Technical troubleshooting of electronics such as POS devices and printers Results-driven mindset with proactive planning and forward-thinking approachJob Duties Pull inventory to fulfill client orders accurately and efficiently Perform unit encryption and software download processes Package products securely to prepare for outbound shipping Safely operate light-duty electric equipment (e.g., stand-up trolley) after training Participate in project teams such as 6S, Safety, and Special Events Committees Engage in team-building activities to foster strong working relationships Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with 6S standards Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding issues and workflow updates Adapt to a dynamic work environment and support various projects and operational needs Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
