Duration: 6+ Months (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Twin Falls, ID 83301
Pay Rate: $22.03/hour on W2
Shift: Must be able to work all shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Swing Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM

Important Information

• Must be available to work all rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Training will be conducted on the day shift for 2 3 weeks.
• This is a union site, and schedules are assigned based on business needs.
• Candidates must be fully cleared before starting.
• Interviews are required.

Job Summary

We are seeking Production Helpers to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and able to work rotating shifts while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production and manufacturing operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Operate around production equipment and machinery.

• Perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditions, including heat and noise.
• Support daily production goals and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience, education, or a combination of both within the last 4 years.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work history.
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
