Production Helper

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Short Term- Production Helper to join their team. As a Short Term- Production Helper, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Short Term- Production Helper

Location: IMPERIAL, MO

Pay Range: $18.50/hour

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Restickering and relabeling 1-gallon and 5-gallon buckets of paint according to project requirements
• Transferring paint from 5-gallon buckets and 1-gallon cans into totes or drums for disposal or further processing
• Supporting paint handling activities, including removing lids/tabs and pumping or pouring paint as needed
• Assisting with various production floor activities once project work is completed
• Performing repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and quality

What's Needed?

• Ability to work on-site in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to support various production activities as needed
• High School Diploma or GED
• Steel-Toed Boots
