Production Helper

Our client, an industry leader in recycling and waste management, is seeking several dedicated Production Helpers to join their team.  As a Production Helper, you will be an essential part of the recycling operations supporting sorting, debris removal, traffic direction, and general helper duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helpers- Entry Level

Location: Kingston, NY

Pay Range: $16.00/hr

Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 7am to 3:00pm, with potential additional days or half days in summer months
 

What's the Job?

• Entry Level Position - Will Train!
• Sort recycled items such as cans, glass, and plastic bottles from conveyor lines
• Assist with debris removal, trash pickup, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Direct traffic and support general helper duties as needed
• Stand throughout the shift and perform reaching, bending, and squatting activities
• Follow safety protocols by wearing provided PPE including work gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, hard hat, and safety vest

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive reaching and bending
• Own reliable transportation to the work site
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help where needed
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Must punch in/out daily on the time clock and enter hours into Peoplenet
