Production Helper / Palletizer - The ideal candidate will assist in the safe and efficient palletizing of ice products, ensuring quality standards are maintained. This role involves working in a refrigerated environment at approximately 40°F, where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Palletize ice products efficiently and accurately according to company standards
- Rotate tasks with a partner to maintain productivity and safety
- Assist with loading and unloading ice on production lines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Support other production tasks as needed to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (~40°F)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads (up to [insert weight]) safely
