Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, framing floors and walls, installing electrical systems, roofing, siding, windows, doors, and interior finishes like painting and trim. The role promotes teamwork, safety, and adherence to regulations.
Qualifications include being at least 18, passing a tape measure test, and basic tool knowledge. Skills needed are attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, multi-tasking, and effective communication.
Work involves outdoor exposure, physical activity like lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures. This position requires physical endurance, safety compliance, and flexibility to transfer across departments.
