Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of physical tasks. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by performing manual labor, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting skilled workers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Assist with construction, maintenance, or warehouse duties
• Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and hazards
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
• Help with assembling, disassembling, or moving equipment and materials

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing, lifting, bending for long periods)
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not always required)

Working Conditions:

• May work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment
• May require early mornings, weekends, or overtime

Physical Requirements:

• Stamina to perform repetitive tasks
