Production & Inventory Associate

Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time Production & Inventory Associate to support daily production, inventory control, production reporting, data entry, and warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that combines working on the production floor with computer-based reporting and inventory tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Accurately enter daily production reports into company systems
• Verify production quantities, work orders, and production records
• Maintain accurate production, packaging, and inventory documentation
• Process inventory transactions and stock updates
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
• Print labels and prepare production documentation
• Support daily production and warehouse operations, including material movement and organization
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, inventory, or data entry preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work comfortably in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
