Production & Inventory Clerk (Night Shift, 7Pm - 7Am)

Job Description Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and material consumption processes by reviewing production/blending records, processing orders, monitoring goods issue movements, and reconciling bulk juice silos to ensure accurate material usage and inventory control.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through accurate adjustments, reconciliation of staging locations for packaging materials and ingredients, and monitoring inventory movements to maintain organized and accurate stock levels.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and compliance by managing shelf-life controls, maintaining SAP master material data for ingredients and storage, and creating inventory accuracy reports.
• Support operational efficiency by training new inventory clerks and material handlers on inventory and material management procedures.
• Using inventory dashboards, completing, entering, and reconciling cycle counts using Excel, SAP and WMS, monitoring and correcting inventory transactions with SAP/WMS, sorting out inventory issues as they arise and support inventory loss reduction initiatives
• Inventory Accuracy reporting in line with monthly deadlines and inventory activities for the plant, ensure timely recording and processing of inventory adjustments and appropriate inventory control in SAP

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English with experience in a manufacturing/food production environment
• A demonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations, especially in categories of attendance, safety, and teamwork is required.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts or other work schedules as determined by business need, including overtime as required.
• Must be in your current position for at least 1 year.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to use a forklift. Or capable of completing certifications within 3 months of start date.
• SAP experience
• Intermediate computer skills, including operation of a Windows-based program. Must be proficient in the use of spreadsheets, and be able to assimilate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Demonstrated capability to lead-by-example, inspire, and motivate associates within his/her span of control, and similar peer group
• Demonstrated problem solving ability and ability to lead problem solving activities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
