Contract (6 months)Production/Inventory CoordinatorThe Boeing Company is looking for a talented Production/Inventory Coordinator to join our MMO team in support of the SAMC back shop team in San Antonio, Texas.ResponsibilitiesRoutes materials to prescribed storage location in accordance with prescribed storage procedures.Conducts inventory of stored materials and reports deterioration/damage.Removes and issues material from storage and prepares it for shipment.Able to perform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipment.Able to perform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions.May order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to perform assigned duties.Responsible for complying with all rules and regulations concerning health and safety, tool control, FOD, contracts, facilities, housekeeping, inventory control and other pertinent coverage.Reviews and analyzes production scheduling requirements to determine products, materials, and actions necessary to ensure the availability of sufficient materials and hardware to meet schedules.Identifies, investigates, analyzes and determines best solutions and coordinates the resolution of problems to ensure adherence to quality standards, schedules and budgets for material costs.At times may perform in-depth analysis of complex problems related to material requirement, inventories, schedules and configuration control.Performs other duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, and employee(s).Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)1+ years of experience with warehouse inventory including parts accuracy and accountability.Requires computer experience and competency.Currently have or have the ability to obtain a forklift license.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 20 lbs.Attendance RequirementRegular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this request.Pay Rate RangeMin Pay Rate: $19/hour; Max Pay Rate: $23/hour (USD).BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401KEqual Opportunity EmployerThe company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or other applicable legally protected characteristic.
