Looking for a hands-on manufacturing position with opportunities for advancement? We're hiring Production Laborers to join a growing team in Kearney. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy physical work and want to build a long-term career.
What You'll Do
Set up and assist with injection molding machines
Bend, move and handle sheet metal materials
Support production operations and manufacturing processes
Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with additional production tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 40 50 pounds regularly
Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
