Job Title: Production Laborer
Location: Kearney, NE
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 4: 00 PM

Job Description:
We are hiring a Production Laborer for a busy facility in Kearney! This is a hands-on, physically active role working with injection molding machines and sheet metal. Candidates should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and assist with injection molding machines
Bend and move sheet metal materials
Lift and move materials up to 40 50 pounds
Perform general production and labor duties as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements:
Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
Ability to handle physical, labor-intensive work
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Growth Opportunities:
Opportunity to move into other positions after approximately 6 weeks
Potential for pay increases based on performance
