Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items including chicken sandwiches, nuggets, strips, salads, and fries with attention to quality and speed
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently such as fryers, grills, and breading stations
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout shifts
• Assist with kitchen setup, stocking, and completing opening and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Kitchen Expertise & Operations

• Be proficient in all kitchen stations including fries, breading, primary and secondary boards, and specialty stations
• Ensure inventory is stocked and storage areas are organized and maintained
• Report any maintenance or operational concerns promptly to leadership
• Follow Chick-fil-A's operational procedures and dress code rigorously

Qualifications & Benefits
