What You’ll Do

• Build mechanical/electrical assemblies to spec and to quality expectations.
• Pack completed items efficiently and protect them for shipment.
• Check your work and finished goods to ensure top-notch quality.
• Keep tools and workspace clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Team up with coworkers to hit daily and weekly production goals.
• Speak up quickly if anything looks off—parts, counts, or instructions.

What Helps You Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in assembly or packing is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions, work solo, and collaborate when needed.
• Detail-driven with a commitment to quality standards.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the floor.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Willing to pitch in for overtime when needed.
