Material Handler – Manufacturing
Location: Durham, CT
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for individuals who work well in a team environment, follow direction, and maintain a strong focus on productivity and accuracy throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities
Move, stage, and transport materials throughout the production area
Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner
Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
Maintain accurate inventory flow and organization
Support machine operators and production staff as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift materials and remain active throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

We are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to contribute to a high-volume production environment and support overall operational efficiency.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
