Production Laborer

Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Laborer to join their team. As a Production Laborer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Laborer

Location: Athens, TN

Pay Range: 2nd Shift: $18.38, 3rd Shift:$18.33

Shift: 2nd shift 2PM-10:30PM, 3rd shift 10PM-7AM 

What's the Job?

• Work in a factory environment with exposure to concrete floors, heat, cold, and noise
• Stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting
• Follow safety protocols and utilize company designated PPE
• Assist in the production process to ensure quality and efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Proficient in basic math skills
• Capability to lift 10-30 pounds repeatedly
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
