As a Production Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, operating machinery, and ensuring production standards are met. Hours:
1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm

Pay:
$17.00-18.00/hr Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate machinery
• Load raw material into machines
• Start production machines
• Unload finished product
• Inspect final product
• Prepare equipment for routine and daily maintenance
• Keep production area clean

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical abilities
• Forklift/pallet jack experience
• Able to follow safe work practices
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

Nice to Have Skills:
• Basic mechanical skills
• Experience in fast-paced production environments

Preferred Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
