Reporting to the Team Lead, the individual will be responsible for to manufacture plymetal and honeycomb panels and lighting assemblies for mass transit interiors per specific work instructions. To assist in maintaining accreditation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015 standard, by monitoring QMS procedures, challenging inefficiencies and working with Team and Middle Managers to initiate changes to procedure and documentation where required. Pay will be discussed at interview.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Depending on department within the shop, you may need to:
Read blueprints.
Measure.
Cut material.
Laminate.
Prep or paint.
Make molds.
Add hardware.
assemble.
Complete time sheets and job paperwork accurately.
Identify any paperwork discrepancies and report to Team Lead.
Ensure work center cleanliness is maintained always.
Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed.
