Production Laborer

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a well-established, growing metal coating manufacturer in West Cleveland, OH to hire Production Laborers.  We are hiring for first and third shift opportunities with a pay range of $13-14/hour based on experience and shift worked. This role focuses on hands-on production support, including racking and de-racking metal parts, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks, including frequent lifting throughout the shift 
• Rack and de-rack metal parts on the production line 
• Lift and move parts weighting 50-75 pounds constantly 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area 
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals 
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies 
• Perform additional duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications:

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a consistent basis 
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment 
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus 

• First Shift:7AM-3M ($13/hr)
• First Shift:8AM-4PM ($13/hr)
• First Shift 9AM-5PM ($13/hr)
• 2nd Shift 3PM-11PM (14/hr)
• Third Shift: 5PM-3AM OR 7PM-5AM ($15/hr) currently unavailable
