Legacy Staffing has partnered with a well-established, growing metal coating manufacturer in West Cleveland, OH to hire Production Laborers. We are hiring for first and third shift opportunities with a pay range of $13-14/hour based on experience and shift worked. This role focuses on hands-on production support, including racking and de-racking metal parts, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks, including frequent lifting throughout the shift
- Rack and de-rack metal parts on the production line
- Lift and move parts weighting 50-75 pounds constantly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a consistent basis
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Available Shifts:- First Shift: 8AM-4PM ($13/hr)
- Third Shift: 5PM-3AM OR 7PM-5AM ($14/hr)
