1st shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
3rd shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Extrusion Machine Operator for a well-respected company in Euclid, OH. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity for dependable candidates who want stable, long-term employment with a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Set up, operate, and adjust extrusion equipment for quality output.
• Troubleshoot and maintain extrusion line equipment.
• Change dies, conveyor belts, and machine settings per production needs.
• Load fabrics, align zip strip tape, and thread materials through rollers.
• Measure and examine products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Replace worn dies and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Wind extruded products into rolls of specified lengths/weights.
• Operate hopper and weigh feeder loader machines.
• Perform product testing using scales, calipers, and other devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods produced.
• Follow work instructions to minimize scrap production.

• Previous experience operating production machines required
• Experience operating extrusion machines is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good attendance and reliability are a must
• Able to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to work in hot temperatures and around manufacturing materials
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
