Production Laborer

Position Summary
A production laborer is needed for a facility in Hocking County. This role is part of the lumber production process and includes stacking and loading lumber onto automated saw lines, along with other general labor duties as needed. The work is fast  paced, physically demanding, and ideal for someone who enjoys hands  on, outdoor work.

Employees who demonstrate strong work ethic, safety awareness, and equipment aptitude can advance quickly into roles that are less physically demanding.

Schedule & Pay

• Full  time, temp  to  hire
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (summer hours: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.)
• Occasional overtime may be required
• $17 per hour starting pay
• Once hired directly: health benefits, retirement plan, paid holidays, and vacation after a 90  day probationary period

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work safely as part of a team
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting 40–50 lbs consistently and working in outdoor weather conditions
