Production Laborer - Manufacturing

Location: Oroville, CA Shifts: 1st & 2nd (12hour shifts) Type: FullTime, TemptoHire Pay: starts at $17/hr.

Handson manufacturing role in a fastpaced production facility. This job requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work long 12hour shifts in a hot environment while performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Essential Duties

• Perform repetitive production and labor tasks throughout the shift

• Use basic math to measure, count, and verify materials

• Read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16”

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials and products

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

• Follow all safety rules and report unsafe conditions

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

• Stand, walk, bend, lift, and move continuously for 12 hours

• Work in hot, loud, and fastpaced manufacturing conditions

Required Skills

• 1 year manufacturing/production experience
• Strong physical stamina & ability to lift heavy materials

• Tapemeasure reading

• Basic math (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Material handling experience (warehouse, construction, outdoor labor, or similar)

• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused during repetitive tasks

• Must pass drug and background check

• Reliable, safetyminded, and able to work long shifts
