Description for Production Laborer:

• Machine Operation: Learn to set up industrial presses and initiate production cycles.
• Process Control: Monitor, control, and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output.
• Operational Support: Complete shift checklists and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Growth Opportunity: Benefit from cross-training in multiple departments to expand your skill set.

Details for Production Laborer:

• Pay Rate: $17.25/hour (Company performs regular reviews for raises!)
• Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (Day Shift and Graveyard Shift available)
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements:

• Safety Gear: Must have steel toe shoes or boots (Company provides all other PPE).
• Experience: Prior production experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork/communication skills.
