Description for Production Worker:- Stack cardboard materials quickly and cleanly as they come off high-speed production machinery.
- Band, wrap, and stage material pallets efficiently within shipping bays for transport crews.
- Perform continuous visual quality checks to ensure all products meet rigid manufacturing standards.
- Maintain high situational awareness and adapt smoothly to a fast-paced plant environment.
- Keep processing areas orderly, remove raw material scraps, and follow core safety guidelines.
Details for Production Worker:- Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour.
- Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (Full-Time Day Shift).
- Location: Woodland, WA.
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.
Requirements for Production Worker:- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor preferred but not required.
- Physical capability to handle heavy industrial labor, stand all shift, bend, and lift 5075 lbs regularly.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, strong time-management habits, and a self-motivated attitude.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen; some background restrictions may apply.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation.
