Production Lead - 1st Shift

A successful Manufacturing Lead for the Finishing & Trim Department / Molding Department is dependable, hands-on, and highly organized with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced production environment. This person should have strong leadership skills, experience in manufacturing operations, and the ability to prioritize safety, quality, and productivity at all times.
