Job Title: Production Lead - 2nd Shift
Location: Liberty, South Carolina 29657
Schedule: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday; Train on 1st 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday (2 weeks)
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Overview
Join our team as a Production Lead on the 2nd shift at our Liberty facility. You'll oversee production operations, guide staff, and ensure quality standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, all while earning $19.50 per hour.
What Youll Do- Lead and support production line staff during daily operations
- Oversee line setup, batch mixing activities, and changeovers
- Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards
- Coordinate workflow and communicate with team to meet production goals
- Train new team members on processes and safety
What Were Looking For- Previous Line Lead experience required
- Experience in Food or Beverage Manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual candidates preferred
