Production Lead (Food Manufacturing)

$21.00 – $22.50/hr (based on shift)
Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available
Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a production team on the floor
- Assign daily tasks and keep operations running smoothly
- Ensure team follows safety, GMP, and quality standards
- Monitor production and help hit daily goals
- Train and guide team members
- Complete basic paperwork and production reports
- Help troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
- Work closely with supervisors, QA, and maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse leadership
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GMP or food manufacturing is a plus
