  • Assists the supervisor to safely carry out the production plan and to ensure that line efficiencies and delivery performance goals are achieved.
  • Ensures that finished goods meet or exceed quality expectations. Assists the supervisor to maximize the use of labor in reaction to labor shortages, short production runs, mechanical malfunctions (or any other unforeseeable issue).
  • Assists with Inventory Management, cycle counting
  • Assists the supervisor with employee training
  • Coordinates line set ups and tear down.
  • Prepares pallet tags, labels and other documentation.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly production area
  • Records information on production performance
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for food safety and product integrity.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production operations.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English/Spanish language.
  • Able to coach and teach employees
