Location: Alabaster, AL

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Join us as a Production Lead in Alabaster and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to coach, train, and develop production employees
• Continuous improvement experience preferred
• Knowledge of robotics and automation equipment preferred
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

Job Duties:

• Assign and coordinate daily production tasks to meet operational goals
• Monitor production processes and address quality, safety, and equipment issues
• Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, procedures, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions
• Train team members and verify adherence to standard work procedures
• Maintain and update job procedures and visual work instructions
• Track performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach and mentor production associates to improve performance and engagement
• Assist with employee performance discussions, workforce planning, and team placement
• Support special projects and additional production activities as assigned

Job Duties:
