Production Lead-Bilingual- English/Spanish

Job Summary:

Leads the production team to meet daily production goals in alignment with company policies and quality system.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Oversee and support daily production activity
• Prepare and maintain production documents, shipping log and inventory
• Inspect orders
• create and inspect labels 
• Collaborates with manager to establish, communicate, and execute measurable production and cultural goals to deliver uncompromised safety, quality, service, and performance objectives in support of production operations.
• Implements production operations to meet prescribed productivity and quality goals to ensure adherence with production schedules and quality system.
• Anticipates problem issues before they arise and takes corrective action.
• Coaches the production team towards common objectives.
• Applies sound motivational and correctional techniques, including coaching and disciplinary actions in order to comply with production protocols and SOPs.
• Assigns specific duties to personnel in order to achieve daily productions goals.

• Bilingual/Spanish 
• Experience functioning as a proactive team player.
• Must possess strong planning skills with ability to analyze trends and determine corrective actions.
• Demonstrated ability to produce on schedule.
• Act independently in a constructive manner.
• Strongly motivated to improve self. Demonstrated leadership ability through discovering and utilizing people’s capabilities, recognizing good work and earning the respect of peers and subordinates.

Job Type:
Full-time

Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school Diploma or Associates Degree (Preferred)
