SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Production Lead for a client in Blue Island, IL. The Production Lead is responsible for leading a small team on the production line and tracking the number of units produced. 
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!  All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($24/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shift: 5:00am-1:30pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities of the Production Lead:
  • Mixing and casting concrete units
  • Removing concrete units from molds
  • Inspecting units for defects and cleaning them
  • Palletizing product and tracking the number of units produced
  • Cross-train to perform various other tasks, such as plaster/concrete patching, mold-making, and painting
 Required Qualifications of the Production Lead:
  • Previous lead experience in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Background in concrete, carpentry, painting or sculpting is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to cross-train in various areas of production
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
