Overview:

Distribution Lead

Schedule: Thursday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

We're seeking a motivated Distribution Lead to help oversee day-to-day production activities and support a high-performing team at our Vehicle processing Center. This role combines hands-on operational work with leadership responsibilities, including workflow coordination, employee training, quality oversight, and safety support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys coaching others while helping drive operational success.

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate daily workflow by monitoring vehicle aging, prioritizing installations, and communicating lot activity with distribution to maintain production flow and minimize time on property.
  • Supervise valets, installers, and quality inspectors while tracking production, quality, and operational metrics and maintaining related records in Excel.
  • Train, coach, and support employees through all phases of onboarding and development, including providing feedback to management, completing training documentation, and serving as an ongoing departmental resource.
  • Promote safety, quality, and efficiency by coaching employees, addressing concerns, investigating accidents, identifying corrective actions, and escalating unresolved issues to leadership as needed.
  • Conduct audits of SOP compliance, quality, and efficiency; create quality forms and basic Word documents; and communicate training and operational updates to employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, perform essential functions of all department positions as needed, work in all weather conditions, and complete other duties as assigned.

Pay range $23.00 - $23.75 per hour

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle processing, production, logistics, or a related operational environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or training experience required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees, supervisors, customers, and other departments.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee concerns and performance matters.
