What You’ll Do as a Production Lead:

• Monitor activities in your area of responsibility throughout the shift
• Train and lead team members while maintaining effective communication
• Ensure all product specifications and quality standards are met
• Assist in implementing management directives and maintaining documentation
• Perform product and process tests as needed
• Track inventory and notify warehouse when supplies are low
• Maintain proper sanitation and chemical usage records
• Suggest improvements for processes and equipment efficiency
• Maintain daily reporting for customers and company

What You Need to Bring to the Production Lead Role:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-speed production environment preferred
• Previous lead or management experience required
• Ability to direct and lead people effectively
• Strong mechanical background and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Willingness to work in a noisy, dusty environment with variable temperatures
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, and customers
