What you will accomplish as a Production Lead I at TAPCO
The Production Lead's responsibility is to ensure staff complete the products per standardized work instructions and with high quality. This position will monitor staff's performance and address issues concerning the production and quality of a product. This is a working position in the work cell which operates within an environment where standardized work, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S principles are practiced. This position reports to the Production Lead II.
