All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Production Lead for an immediate opening with a manufacturer of automated security and access control products in Kent, WA, near Blue Origin. This role focuses on supporting production operations, helping maintain workflow, and assisting the team in meeting quality and productivity goals. We're looking for someone with manufacturing, assembly, production, lead, or team leadership experience. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

What is the pay? $27 per hour.
What schedule does this role have? Monday-Thursday with overtime as needed on Fridays
What does the Production Lead do? You'll help coordinate daily production operations, support manufacturing teams, and assist with workflow, quality, and productivity goals.
Pay for the Production Lead:
Job Location:
- Kent, WA, near Blue Origin, with convenient access to I-5 and Hwy 167
- Bus line accessible: The job site is near King County Metro Routes 150 and 161
- Conveniently located near BBQ Pete's and several nearby dining options
Schedule for the Production Lead:
- Monday – Thursday
- Day shift
- Overtime available on Fridays as needed

Production Lead Duties:
- Support daily production operations and workflow
- Assist team members with manufacturing and assembly activities
- Help maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Monitor work in progress and communicate production needs
- Assist with problem-solving and process improvement efforts
- Support coordination between production team members and leadership
- Help support the production of automated security and access control products
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Production Lead Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience required
- Previous production lead, manufacturing lead, trainer, or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PPE Requirements
- Composite or steel-toe shoes required
- Safety glasses provided on site
