Hours: 6am-6pm, days rotate, must be flexible to work any day of the week

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Ensure all employees are trained appropriately and understand job expectations
*Coach, counsel, and support employees on performance, attendance, and conduct
*Conduct new hire orientations and on-the-job training
*Track daily attendance and address absenteeism or tardiness
*Coordinate daily staffing needs and operational issues
*Ensure all areas of operation are running efficiently and correctly
*Perform any packaging line function
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*High School Diploma/GED
*2+ years of production or industrial operations experience
*1+ year in a leadership or lead role
*Ability to stand and walk up to 12 hours per shift
*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
