Production Lead Machine Operations
Location: Bradenton, FL
Schedule: Overnight 12-Hour Shift (Monday through Saturday)

TempExperts is partnering with a well-established construction materials manufacturer to hire an experienced Production Lead Machine Operations for its Bradenton, FL production facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with concrete block manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.
    What You'll Do
    • Lead and support production employees during assigned shifts while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
    • Operate and oversee production equipment, including block machines, conveyors, forklifts, loaders, and other manufacturing equipment.
    • Coordinate workflow to meet daily production schedules and quality standards.
    • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
    • Train, mentor, and assist team members with equipment operation and production processes.
    • Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and ensure routine cleaning and preventive maintenance are completed.
    • Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and inventory records.
    • Communicate production updates, equipment concerns, and staffing needs to management.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, company safety policies, and quality procedures.
    • Assist with general labor duties and support production as needed.
    What We're Looking For
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing, construction materials, or heavy equipment production experience.
    • Previous lead, supervisor, or crew leader experience preferred.
    • Concrete block manufacturing or masonry products experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience operating forklifts, loaders, conveyors, or similar industrial equipment.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve basic equipment issues.
    • Ability to lead by example while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding outdoor manufacturing environment.
    • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
