Production Lead

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations within an electronics production environment. $25.00-$30.00/hr DOE

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and machine operation activities
• Lead and support production employees on the manufacturing floor
• Coordinate workflow and production priorities
• Review production documentation and work instructions
• Conduct in-process quality checks
• Troubleshoot production issues and support process improvements
• Train and mentor team members
• Communicate production updates and concerns with leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronics or electromechanical manufacturing experience
• Strong assembly, testing, or machine operation background
• Previous lead, trainer, or senior operator experience preferred
• IPC certification or related technical training is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing env
