Production Lead- Overnight & Weekend Shift

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process-oriented operations and/or related industry.
The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Leadership and management,
Planning and forecasting,
Problem analysis and problem resolution
Computer skills.
 

Language Skills

Must speak, read, write, and understand English. Spanish ability is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the Production Lead will:

Frequently standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Frequent assisted lifting of 50 lbs. or more
Operate forklift and other heavy machinery

Work Environment

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those Production Managers encounter while performing the essential functions of the job: The incumbent will be required to wear the corresponding Personal Protective Equipment while on the production floor.
